Novamil MY - NovaClub (“Program”) is open to residents residing in Malaysia aged 18 & above.
By participating in this program, the consumers (“Members”) agree to be included in Delfi Marketing Sdn. Bhd. mailing list and bound by terms & condition and decision of Delfi Marketing Sdn. Bhd.
Member will be required to register phone number during the application process. Each Member is only entitled to have one (1) account. Members are not allowed to have multiple accounts and enrolment of several persons in a single account is also not allowed.
The Company reserve the right to reject ANY application and/or to decline any application for the membership at our sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons whatsoever, and our decision shall be final and conclusive.
The program is a lifetime membership programme.
Once a member is registered in the program successfully, the member may use it to earn points with any purchase of Novamil products in any participating outlets with printed receipt. The membership is non-transferable and shall only be used by member only.
The program is only applicable for the purchase of Novamil KID IT 800g, Novamil KID DHA 800g, Novamil 1+ 800g. Points will not be issued for any previous transactional purchases. The points are only earned after member register as a NovaClub member.
The points earn is based on Ringgit Malaysia with the mechanism of RM1 spend = 8 points, RM1 spend on online Novamil official shop (Shopee) & Nova Online Store = 4 points.
All employees, distributors & retailers associated with Delfi Marketing Sdn Bhd are not allowed to participate in this Program.
The points earn structure may be subject to change from time to time as determined by the company. The company reserves the right to add, remove, substitute or change the points issuance, conversion or redemption structure from time to time at sole and absolute discretion. The member shall not be entitled to request from the Company any explanation pertaining to the calculation methods (for crediting the Points) or other matters relating to the points or discounts for whatsoever purposes.
Member acknowledges that company assumes no contractual or legal responsibility to member and has specifically limited its legal obligations in its arrangements with the respective suppliers & partners. The accumulation of points does not entitle a member to any vested rights. In earning and accumulating points, members understand that they may not rely on the continued availability of any award, premium, or other benefit. The Company will not be responsible for any delay in the posting of the transactions and/or the accrual of the points.
Any disputes arising over the point statement must be notified to company within one (1) month from the date of the point allocation. Member must provide company with supporting documents wherever applicable to assist company in settling any disputes. If the Company do not receive any notifications from member within the stipulated time frame of any disputes or inaccuracies in point activities list, the statement will be taken to be correct, final and binding on the member. The Company’s decision on any such disputes is final and conclusive.
By subscribing for the membership, member agree and undertake:- (a) not to use this membership for any unlawful and/or fraudulent activities ; (b) not to engage in misconduct or breach any rules governing the program, including, but not limited to the fraudulent acquisition or earning of points or sale/redemption or abuse of points or acquisition, sale/redemption or abuse of any benefits; and (c) to only use the membership in accordance with the terms and conditions. If the company finds that the membership has been used for unauthorized commercial activities with a view to profit, unlawful or fraudulent activity or purposes which are unacceptable to the company, the company shall be entitled to suspend, block and/or terminate the membership (including forfeiture of accumulated points) immediately without prior notice to member.
The program may from time to time introduce new rewards, offers or promotions in relation to your membership that offer promotional items or other special terms as the program may apply from time to time to a category of transactions. The company will update member of the terms and conditions of such services, offers or programmes at the time of the introduction of the services, offers or programmes (if any). The terms and conditions of such services, offers and programmes are binding on member as if the same are contained here. The Company is entitled to introduce and terminate any such rewards, offers or promotions from time to time at our absolute discretion.
Notwithstanding the above, collection of points is subjected to a maximum purchase of 6 tins of the Novamil 800g monthly. A member(s) can make further purchases above the maximum limit for each month, but the member(s) will not be entitled to further accumulation of points for the remainder of the month.
Receipts must be uploaded within 7 days from date of purchase. No extension will be granted.
The points earned are valid for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of issuance of such points in the member’s account. It will automatically expire from the member account at the end of 18th consecutive month thereafter.
The company will bear no responsibility for resolving such disputes, or for the dispute itself; The points earned have no cash or monetary value.
Reward(s) and/or reward vouchers that have been redeemed by the member are not exchangeable for other rewards, not refundable, not replaceable and not transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances; The company assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, costs, expenses or damages of whatever nature resulting from the redemption of any of the rewards by members; The company will not replace, or assist a member by placing a hold or freeze status on any misplaced, lost or stolen reward vouchers or items under any circumstances whatsoever.
All rewards redeemed are subject to the availability and any restrictions may apply as to where and when the rewards can be redeemed (please note that NovaClub or service establishments may impose the restrictions accordingly); Redemption or issuance of reward voucher(s) (if applicable) does not constitute a reservation with the said service establishments. The member is still responsible for making all reservations and notifying the participating service establishments of the reward(s) they are going to redeem. Such reward vouchers/letters of redemption are valid for use until the date specified on the rewards vouchers/letters of redemption. If unused after the specified date, the reward vouchers/letters of redemption will lapse and no longer be valid and will not be replaced. The use of the reward vouchers/letter of redemption(s) is subject to the additional or respective terms and conditions contained therein;
The Company may at any time vary, revise, amend, withdraw, substitute, add or remove any of the terms and conditions. Notwithstanding the above, the Company specifically reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the membership and the NovaClub (in whole or in part), any programme or benefit thereunder at any time with 3 months’ prior notice to Members.
The member irrevocably consents to the sharing and disclosure of personal information (including details related to the program). The members further consents to the processing and disclosure of personal information (including details related to the program) and any other information which may be necessary to facilitate the processing of any transaction affected or to be affected through the use of the program.
The Company shall also be entitled to disclose and the member irrevocably consent to our disclosure of any information pertaining to the member under the program to any regulatory authority or governing body established by any authority having jurisdiction over the Company.
