1. What is NovaClub?

NovaClub is a loyalty program designed exclusively for the Novamil customers. It offers great rewards and privileges including point collection, exclusive offers, welcome rewards, and birthday treats.

 

2. Who can apply for NovaClub membership?

Our loyalty programme is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 years old and above.

 

3. How can I apply for a NovaClub membership?

All you have to do is download the mobile app and sign up by completing the standard personal details. Once completed, you’re able to enjoy the full benefits and privileges as a member.

 

4. Is it necessary to provide my full address?

Yes. The address is for the purpose of delivering your gift rewards upon redemption.

 

5. Can I apply for more than one membership?

No. Only one membership is allowed per individual.

 

6. Where can I use the NovaClub membership?

It can be used in any participating outlets in Malaysia (pharmacies, Chinese Medical Halls, baby shops, supermarket, and hypermarket) which provides printed receipt. 

 

7. How can I collect points?

You can collect points by snap and upload the receipt that purchased Novamil products onto the app. Every ringgit spent is equivalent to 8 points (RM1 = 8 points).

 

 

8. Can I collect points via online purchase?

Yes. The point will be given only for Novamil Official Stores. Every ringgit spent via online purchase is equivalent to 4 points only (RM1 = 4 points).

 

9. Are all the Novamil products entitled for point collection?

Yes. All products including Novamil 1+, Novamil DHA & Novamil KID IT are entitled.

 

10. What can I do if my receipt(s) is too long and does not fit in one (1) photo?

Make sure the part of receipt uploaded contains mandatory information including outlet name and address, date of receipt, receipt number, Novamil products quantities and amount.

 

11. Can I upload as many receipts as I want to collect points?

The collection of points is subjected to a maximum purchase of 6 units of the Novamil products in one (1) month. You can make further purchase and upload above the maximum limit for each month, but you will not be entitled to further accumulation of points anymore until next month.

 

12. Can I upload the receipt after 1 week of purchase?

No. You must upload within 7 days of purchase. Otherwise, your receipt will be deemed invalid and ineligible for any point collection.

 

13. How long will it take for the points to be added to my account?

The points will be added to your account within 7 working days upon successful verification.

 

14. What is the validity of my points?

The points will expire in 18 months from the end of month in which points were earned.

E.g. Points collected on 10th March 2020 expires on 30th September 2021

 

15. What can I do with the points collected?

The points collected can be used to redeem rewards including Novamil products, e-vouchers, and gift items.

 

16. Can I merge/ transfer points to my friends or family who also have an account?

No. Points collected are not transferable among members.

 

17. How long it will take to process the redemption?

Please allow a timeline of between 2 - 4 weeks for the process of redemption upon date of redemption.

 

18. Can I change or cancel my reward(s)?

No. The reward(s) that have been redeemed are not exchangeable for other rewards, not refundable, not replaceable and not transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.

 

19. Can I redeem more than one of the same rewards?

Yes. You can redeem the same rewards more than once provided you have sufficient points to redeem.

 

20. What happens if I am unable to collect my reward(s) upon delivery?

Please contact the delivery company by providing them the tracking number if there is no one at home when the parcel arrives. If it is not collected within the stipulated time, the delivery company will return the parcel to Delfi Marketing Sdn Bhd. Shipping charges for redelivery will be borne by member.

 

21. Are there any delivery charges if I used e-voucher?

NovaClub has no control on the delivery charges for e-vouchers. This is dependent on the e-commerce platform.

 

22. What are the other privileges as a member?

Members also get to enjoy welcome rewards, birthday treat, and members’ exclusive offer and first to know upcoming new, promotion and more.
